The series includes five essential knives: 8” Chef, 7” Santoku, 8” Bread, 6” Utility, and 4” Paring, all forged from exclusive NITRUM® stainless steel, enriched with nitrogen for increased durability and edge retention. The handle, made from European Holm Oak, pays tribute to one of the noblest woods of the Iberian landscape, adding a touch of warmth and character to every cut.
