At Arcos, we believe that being close to chefs is the best way to keep improving. That’s why we are proud to have participated in the 39th Euro-Toques France Congress, held in the heart of the Rungis market: an event full of inspiration, exchange of ideas, and passion for cooking.
Beyond knives: commitment to the culinary community
During this edition, we reaffirmed our commitment to the values we share with the Euro-Toques community: respect for the product, precision in every gesture, and the desire to pass on know-how. For us, being a cutler is much more than making knives. It means listening to those behind the stoves, understanding their needs, their pace, and their demands in order to offer them durable, efficient tools adapted to their daily routines.
Euro-Toques strengthens bonds and commitment at its annual congress
This annual congress is a unique opportunity to strengthen the bond with a creative, demanding, and deeply committed community. It is a community we are proud to be part of.
We would especially like to thank Elisabeth Perrouault and Louise de Murard for their impeccable organization, as well as chefs Virginie Basselot and Michel Roth, co-presidents of Euro-Toques France, for their leadership and constant drive.
