The Clara series 250 mm slicing knife for haute cuisine has been designed to give you a quick and effortless cut. It is suitable for meat or sausages.

A HIGH COOKING SLICING KNIFE

250 mm blade forged with NITRUM® stainless steel, which gives it a high cutting capacity and greater durability.
Polypropylene handle with ergonomic design for a better fit in the hand, allowing a clean cut.
Smooth edge with which you can cut or fillet large pieces of meat without difficulty.
Made in Spain by expert hands that have been working since 1734 to achieve the high quality that characterises Arcos knives.
Dishwasher safe. However, it is recommended to clean by hand to preserve the cutting edge.
