Details

The fillet has been made in Spain, specifically in the forges of Arcos, in Albacete. It enjoys excellent quality, as it is designed by hands that have known what they do since 1734.

It has a large design, with a length of 280 mm and a rectangular structure, but curved at the tip. It allows you to cut any large piece of meat into chops and steaks to prepare delicious dishes. Take care of it by following the tips for knife maintenance.
