Details

This knife has been specially designed to cut cold cuts comfortably and quickly. It has been made by hands that know in Albacete, Spain. At Arcos we are experts in cutlery since the year 1734.

FEATURES OF THE ARCOS COLOUR PROF SERIES SLICING KNIFE

Long, flexible blade made of NITRUM® stainless steel, a material of great hardness and durability.
Its handle, made of a rubber-coated popipropylene core, prevents slipping and facilitates grip.
It has an ergonomic design that adapts to the hand.
Red button that indicates the type of food it can be used with and promotes hygiene in the kitchen.
It is dishwasher safe, although it is recommended to clean by hand to preserve the cutting edge.
