Slicing knife with a forged 300 mm blade made from NITRUM® stainless steel. This material improves the cutting capacity and the long-lasting blade durability without harming or polluting the environment.

The Riviera Blanc series has a polyoxymethylene (POM) handle and is equipped with the new Bactiproof Silver technology, which reduces stains, bad smells, and harmful microorganisms by 99.9% on the handle surface.

It stands out for its elegant, rounded French-style ferrule, but above all, for the white handle, which maintains its hue thanks to a special clay used exclusively in Arcos.

This knife has a bolster at the end of the Blade which, although it makes sharpening slightly more difficult, prevents possible unwanted cuts.

Stainless steel tongue-and-groove rivets, which guarantee high resistance to corrosion.
