The Ham knife Universal Series 280 mm is specifically designed to remove the fat from Iberian ham. It can also be used for cutting meats. It has a long, thin and flexible blade that makes it easy to remove the skin, while its smooth edge glides smoothly when cutting.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE HAM KNIFE

The blade is forged from NITRUM® stainless steel, which provides greater durability and resistance to high temperatures.
Handle designed with a polyoxymethylene (POM) handle, a chemical-resistant material.
It incorporates a Bactiproof Silver system, designed to protect the surface of the knife from bacteria and fungus.
It is dishwasher safe.
