Details

Slicing knife made with a flexible 10'' NITRUM® stainless steel blade. The production process necessary to obtain it is essential in order to produce knives with the highest level of cutting power and hardness.

It has a polyoxymethylene (POM) handle which can withstand extremely high temperatures. In addition, to improve safety it includes the Bactiproof Silver system, which is responsible for dealing with any germs and bacteria on the surface of the handle, reducing them by 99.9%.

Some of the characteristics of this knife that stand out the most are the handle’s straight lines and rounded finish, which manage to provide comfort without ever sacrificing style.
