Introducing the slicing knife from the Duo series with green indicators. It’s the perfect way to get a professional slice thanks to NITRUM® stainless steel of its 10'' blade.

Using double injection, we have managed to create an ergonomic handle with a core made of polypropylene (a hard and resistant material fastened to the tang) and coated with a special moisture-repellant rubber.

The result is a comfortable knife which is resistant to high temperatures.
