It is manufactured with NITRUM® stainless steel and has a 100% natural Ovengkol wooden handle. The wood comesfrom well-managed FSC® with license code FSC® - C160381 certified forests, and the set is packaged in 100% recycled cardboard that reduces the use of plastic by 70%.
This series has been designed with brass rivets which give the handle an avant-garde design.
Designed with a spine or back of the blade with a rounded polish, providing the knife with a soft grip, which won’t rub against your hand or create friction.
It is wood certified by the Forest Stewardship Council® , an international non-profit organisation which seeks to promote the responsible management of the planet's forest resources from an environmental, social and economic point of view.
