Knife set from the Opera series in a walnut lacquered beechwood block, which includes:

• Paring knife from the Opera series with a 4'' blade.
• Filet knife from the Opera series with a 6'' blade.
• Filet knife from the Opera series with a 8'' blade.
• Chef’s knife from the Opera series with a 8'' blade.
• Bread knife from the Opera series with a 7'' blade.

This series stands out for its rounded back of the blade and for its bolster, which may make sharpening more difficult, but protects the hands from unwanted cuts. It has a black polyoxymethylene (POM) handle.

All the knives in this set (except the bread knife because it has a serrated edge) benefit from the exclusive silk edge, which gives them an improved cutting capacity.
Made with forged NITRUM® stainless steel to guarantee that it lasts longer.
