The Universal Series 100 mm Chef's Knife is perfect for peeling and small food cuts due to its size and sharp point. The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel for hardness and durability. Tongue and groove rivets improve the assembly of the handles and increase the corrosion resistance.
