Riviera Blanc Series 8" Bread Knife

It is a forged knife with a 8'' blade made with NITRUM® stainless steel. This material allows us to obtain a stronger knife with great cutting power.

Its handle is made with polyoxymethylene (POM) and is equipped with the Bactiproof Silver system, which acts as an impediment to germs and bacteria, reducing their presence by 99.9% on the handle surface.

It has become one our most popular items because of its elegant and stylized design with a curved ferrule. Another important characteristic is the bolster, which gives it an extra element of safety.

Its rivets are stainless steel rather than aluminum, since steel is more highly resistant to corrosion.
