Its handle is made with polyoxymethylene (POM), which makes the knife extremely resistant to high temperatures. It also has Bactiproof Silver technology which inhibits bacteria, germs, mold, and fungus, reducing 99.9% of their presence.

This model also stands out for its half bolster, which makes cutting and sharpening easier, and for the curved back of the blade, as it is rounded, which improves the grip.
The stainless steel rivets make the knife last longer since it is more resistant to corrosion.
