Natura Series 7" Santoku Knife

The blade is 7" long and is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, our exclusive formula of nitrogen steel that provides greater hardness, a high cutting capacity, and resistance to corrosion. This knife is recommended for cutting and chopping all kinds of food as it is both very light and very hard.

In addition, thanks to the grantons on the blade, food won’t stick to it, resulting in a clean cut. The stainless steel tongue-and-groove rivets greatly increase resistance to corrosion, guaranteeing that the knife handle will never come loose.

This forged knife was made through a forging process which consists of shaping the steel when it is red hot, resulting in a single-piece knife. It comes with a case, which can be used later to store the knife safely. Arcos recommends that you use each knife properly to get the most out of your food and combine them with accessories such as cutting boards or blocks to extend their usefulness.
