Details

The Rocking Santoku Knife´s blade is slightly more curved in order to achieve a more agile cutting process.

This characteristic, along with its silk edge, make it the perfect choice. Its remarkable cutting power wouldn’t be possible without the 5" NITRUM® stainless steel forged blade. This material makes an even harder knife, with a blade that lasts surprisingly long.

It was made with a black polyoxymethylene (POM) handle to obtain resistance to high temperatures.

This series has a traditional design with a rounded back of the blade for added comfort.

The rivets are anti-corrosion to guarantee a better grip.
