This knife stands out for its long, flexible blade, smooth and strong edge. It has a 170mm forged blade made from NITRUM® stainless steel. This type of steel improves the knife’s performance thanks to its exclusive formula of nitrogen steel, which provides it with remarkable hardness, superior cutting capacity and resistance to corrosion. One of the most striking features is the exclusive silk edge, which utilizes all our knowledge to achieve a precise and unmatched cut. For its handle, Micarta was used, a material made of linen cloth compressed with resin in bluish tones. This material gives our knives a remarkable hardness and resistance to high temperatures. It also has a half bolster, which makes cutting and sharpening easier. Made with tongue-and-groove stainless steel rivets to ensure that it is highly resistant to corrosion. The back of the blade, which features a rounded polish, gives the knife a soft grip. It comes displayed in a case which you can later use to store it safely.
