Chef’s knife from the Nórdika series with a 5'' NITRUM® stainless steel blade. This series stands out, among other things, for its special silk edge that provides the knife with cutting capacity and precision of the highest possible quality.

It is manufactured with a 100% natural wooden handle which comes from well-managed FSC® certified forests and is packaged in 100% recycled cardboard that reduces the use of plastic by 70%.

Another of its main characteristics are the brass rivets which give the handle an avant-garde design. The Nórdika series was designed with a spine or back of the blade with a rounded polish, providing the knife with a soft grip, which won’t rub against your hand or create friction.
