TEN-YEAR WARRANTY AGAINST ALL MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
The first piece that marks the beginning of ARCOS in 1734 is the brand scissors, created by Juan de Arcos, which is currently on display at the Museo de la Cuchillería in Albacete. This relic was donated by the owners of Arcos Hermanos.
Additionally, at the Museo Arqueológico Nacional in Madrid, some pieces marked “Arcos-Albazete,” made by Juan de Arcos in 1745 and 1746, are on display.
In 1875, Gregorio Arcos Aroca transformed his small artisan workshop, which produced pocket knives, scissors, and daggers, into a factory for the serial production of knives.
A century later, Gregorio Arcos Villanueva began the company’s international expansion.

Our company was recently awarded the Castilla-La Mancha Design Award 2007 in the business category and was also nominated for the National Design Awards, currently the highest recognition granted in Spain by the Ministry of Industry, Tourism, and Trade and the Barcelona Centre de Disseny Foundation.
