How to Create a Customer Account
To create an account on Arcos.com, go to:
Click “Create an account.”
You’ll be asked to fill out a short form with your personal information—first name, last name, as well as the option to subscribe to our newsletter. You’ll also need to provide your login details, including a valid email address and a password.
Make sure everything is entered correctly, since you’ll use this account to place orders on our website.
After completing the form, verifying the CAPTCHA, and accepting the privacy policy, you’ll be taken to your account dashboard.
Your Account Dashboard
In the “My Account” section, you’ll see an overview of your contact details and can add your billing and shipping addresses. Use the menu on the left to access the following options:
- My Account: Returns to your main account page.
- My Orders: View a summary of all your orders on Arcos.com.
- Address Book: Add, edit, or review your billing and shipping addresses.
- Account Information: Update your email address, password, and other account details.
- Newsletter Subscriptions: Manage whether you’d like to receive updates about Arcos products and promotions.
- Cookie Settings: Review and manage the essential and analytics cookies used by our website.
- Stock Alerts: Check notifications for products you signed up for when they were out of stock.
- 2025 Catalog: Download our latest product catalog.
- Returns: Access the return request form and view your submitted returns.
- Log Out: Sign out of your account.
