ABOUT PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
I have placed an order but its status is "pending".
If you selected bank transfer as your payment method, your order will remain in the "pending" status until our system validates the transfer or deposit. This process may take between 24 to 48 business hours from the time the payment was made. Once confirmed, the order will move to "processing" status for preparation and shipment from our warehouse.
If you selected a different payment method available on our website and your order still shows as "pending," we recommend placing a new order from scratch if the status does not update after a few minutes. This means the payment was not completed successfully, and you won't be able to retry the payment from your account.
If you encounter any issues with your card, please contact our support team so we can offer you alternative payment options such as PayPal or bank transfer for the order you placed.
How much does shipping cost?
Contiguous United States:
- Standard Service: $5.99 (free on orders over $59).
Delivery time 3-5 business days - Priority Service: $14.99

How long does shipping take?
The delivery time will be 48 to 72 business hours. Orders are delivered Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
How can I check the status of my order?
On the day your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the invoice and tracking number. If you do not receive this email, please contact us.
Can I return a product and exchange it for another one?
In this case, you will need to follow two simple steps:
1. Fill out the returns form to proceed with the return of the product(s) you do not want
2. Place a new order for the product you wish to receive
Can I put the knives in the dishwasher?
It is not recommended to put knives in the dishwasher, as they lose their sharpness quickly. The tempered steel is affected by frequent temperature changes, which can damage the blade.
