Product information
Boning knife with 6″ blade, forged in one piece, without any type of welding. Its forged Nitrum® stainless steel provides great durability and greater cutting power.
It stands out for its special silk edge, which combines the knowledge of our masters with new technologies to achieve a cut that leaves no one indifferent.
One of the main features is the ferrule with half guard, highly coveted by the professional public due to the ease of cutting and sharpening.
Its rivets are stainless steel tongue and groove which ensures that the knife is never separated from the handle.
Its handles are made of polyethylene (POM) which increases its resistance to chemicals and higher temperatures.
It has an anti-bacterial system to protect the handle from the appearance of stains, odors and microorganisms harmful to health.
This new series benefits from a rounded polished blade spine, which distinguishes it by the smoothness of the knife's grip.
