It comes with a paring knife with a 4″ blade for slicing and cutting vegetables, fruit and root vegetables. It also incorporates a bread knife with a 8″ blade for slicing any kind of bread. Likewise, it includes a ham knife of 10″ to obtain the best cuts of ham. And two cooking knives of 6″ and 8″ to cut meat, fish or onions like a professional.
