This set includes 4 knives from the Riviera range and a sharpening steel that will allow you to sharpen all the knives. It also incorporates a wooden block to provide adequate storage space for all these kitchen utensils.
It comes with a paring knife with a 100 mm blade for slicing and cutting vegetables, fruit and root vegetables. It also incorporates a bread knife with a 200 mm blade for slicing any kind of bread. Likewise, it includes a ham knife of 250 mm to obtain the best cuts of ham. And two cooking knives of 150 mm and 200 mm to cut meat, fish or onions like a professional.
