Forged in Albacete, Spain, it has a small and compact design. Its blade has a length of only 75 mm, which allows for great manoeuvrability without the risk of damage when cutting small fruits or tubers. It also has the Bactiproof Silver system, a treatment carried out on the handle of the knife that will help to keep it clean and free of bacteria.
