The Rocking Santoku knife from the Riviera Blanc series measures 18 cm and will be the first knife you think of when you start cooking. It allows you to clean, peel and cut fruit and vegetables quickly and comfortably thanks to its ergonomic handle and curved blade.
CARACTERISTICS OF THE ROCKING SANTOKU KNIFE
- It has a blade made of NITRUM® stainless steel which gives it great resistance and hardness. It also has spools, to prevent food from sticking to it.
- The handle has an ergonomic design that adapts to the shape of the hand. It is made of polyoxymethylene (POM) and incorporates an antibacterial system that reduces the growth of bacteria, fungus and mould by up to 99.9%
- It has rivets made of stainless steel, highly resistant to corrosion.
- The curved shape of the blade allows you to chop food quickly and easily.
- It comes with a case so you can store the knife after use. In this way, it will always remain protected and in perfect condition.
