Its 170 mm NITRUM® stainless steel blade extends the durability of the edge and the cutting capacity thanks to its exclusive nitrogen steel formula, available only in ARCOS knives.
In addition, this type of Japanese knife usually has grantons that prevent food from sticking to the blade, ensuring a clean slice.
This series has a polypropylene (PP) handle, so that the knife will weigh less and have a greater resistance.
That's why this series has become a great choice for daily use. To extend the knife's service life for as long as possible, the handle is attached with stainless steel rivets that are highly resistant to corrosion.
