The Brooklyn ham knife has a forged 300-millimetre stainless steel blade, which is thin and flexible for a perfect cut. Surprise your guests with mouth-watering slices of ham or other meats, such as pork or turkey hind legs.

- Blade made with a nitrogen forged stainless steel technique, patented by Arcos. It is called NITRUM® and results in greater hardness, strength, cutting power and durability.
- The handle is heat moulded from a mixture of resin and pressed cloth. This technique is called micarta or phelonic and results in a rigid, corrosion-resistant piece, held in place by stainless steel rivets.
- Moulded tang with a half ferrule design, which will make it easier to grip, clean and sharpen.
