The Universal series has managed to distinguish itself from other knives thanks to its black polyoxymethylene handle and its classic lines.
Its handle is treated with the Bactiproof Silver system to protect it from stains, odors, and microorganisms which could pose a threat to your health.

Our top priority is quality, which is why we have changed our rivets from aluminum to stainless steel. This decision has improved its resistance to corrosion and thus ensured a better grip on the scales.
