They are cut pieces made in one single body, without covers attached to the shank, which allows them to have a long useful life. They are easier to clean, sturdy and allow an ergonomic grip.
The pearl or serrated edge will guarantee high cutting effectiveness on meat, fish, poultry and other foods. The design of each knife has a straight back, rounded tip and a crescent-shaped handguard, making it a very safe piece of equipment.
