It has a 5″ NITRUM stainless steel blade, which endows greater hardness and increased cutting power.
One of its main features is the ferrule with half bolster, highly coveted by professionals public due to the ease of cutting and sharpening.
This new series benefits from a back of the blade with a rounded polish, which sets it apart for its soft grip.
Its handles are made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), increasing its resistance to chemical products and the most extreme temperatures.
It has stainless steel tongue and groove rivets that significantly increase resistance to corrosion, ensuring that the knife handles will never come loose.
