All our products have their stock updated in real time at the moment the order is placed. However, due to the breadth of our catalog and possible technical issues, stock may occasionally be inaccurate, and it may happen that we are unable to ship your item. In these exceptional situations, we will contact you to cancel the order or the affected items and refund the corresponding amount.

Additionally, as an apology for the inconvenience, we will offer you a 10% coupon on the price you paid for the item so that you can place the order when possible.
