The Fisherman's Knife Universal Series 11″ Blade has a wide, triangular blade made of NITRUM® stainless steel, which provides great performance and capacity for cutting large pieces of fish. It includes a strategically designed handle for everyday use without neglecting the design, in which straight lines with strong contrasts prevail. The handles are made of high quality polyoxymethylene, resistant to extreme temperatures of up to 150°C and are non-deformable.
