• What is the shipping cost?

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot ship to PO Boxes. If a PO Box is entered, your order will be delayed until we can contact you for a valid delivery address.

Orders with inaccurate shipping addresses, missing information or orders needing additional verification may be delayed until we can contact you.

• What is the delivery time?

• How can I check the status of my order?

The same day we send your order, you will receive the invoice and the tracking number.
In the case of not being able to see this email, please contact us.

• Can I return a producto or Exchange it for another?

In this case, you wil lhave to do two simple steps:

• Fill in the returns form to proceed with the return of the product or products you do not want
• Make a new order with the products you want to purchase.
• Can I put the kinves in the dishwasher?

It is not advisable to put the knives in the dishwasher, they become very dull. Steel is tempered and they suffer a lot with so much temperature change.
