Slicing knife with a 12" blade, forged from a single piece of steel.
The blade is long and flexible, which helps to make cutting the ham much more comfortable, as well as having a silk edge, which gives it unique cut. One of the main characteristics is the half bolster, highly prized by professional chefs due to the ease of cutting and sharpening.
The forged Nitrum® stainless steel blade provides high resistance to wear and tear and has greater cutting power. This new series benefits from a back of the blade with a rounded polish, which gives the knife a soft grip that makes it stand out. The Polyethylene (POM) scales increases its resistance to chemical products and extreme temperatures. It has stainless steel tongue-and-groove rivets which means corrosion won’t ever be a problem for these knives. It is equipped with the new Bactiproof Silver system, which reduces bacteria, fungi and mold by 99.9% when it is applied to the handle.
It comes in a case where you can then store your knife to prevent it from being damaged.
