Samoa series non-stick saucepan is made of forged aluminium and incorporates two riveted stainless steel handles.
The Samoa series non-stick saucepan assists in preparing various dishes and techniques of professional cooking. It's ideal for preparing low-fat recipes that require even cooking, as it concentrates heat so that the foods cook in their own juices and retain all the nutrients.
Our company has been specializing in cutlery and kitchen utensils since 1734. Get this saucepan and start enjoying all the advantages that tradition combined with new technologies offers.
Place the pan over low heat for 30 seconds and, using an absorbent napkin, spread oil over the non-stick surface.Remove excess oil if too much is applied.Wait for the oil spread to be completely consumed.
Once the oil is consumed, remove the pan from the heat and wait for it to cool.Once the pan is cool, wash it with water and a soft sponge to remove the residue from the previous process without damaging the non-stick coating.
Cool the pan to room temperature by itself (do not pour cold water as it will damage the non-stick coating). To remove embedded grease, soak the pan in hot soapy water for a couple of hours. Baking soda can be used to remove grease.Do not scrape the non-stick coating with metal utensils. Only use soft scrubbers designed for non-stick surfaces. The pan can be washed in the dishwasher, but hand washing is recommended to increase its lifespan. If you frequently use the dishwasher, the surface may become dull.Store on a shelf or in a drawer with space to breathe and avoid stacking them. If stacking is necessary, protect the non-stick coating with cardboard or cloth to prevent damage.
The diameter of the burner should be suitable for the size of the wok.If using a gas stove, make sure the flame only comes into contact with the bottom and never with the sides or handles.Use medium or low heat and allow the wok to heat up slowly and gradually.High levels of heat, as well as sudden temperature changes, damage the non-stick coating.Never let oil or grease burn.Do not use pans as containers for storing food.Use silicone, wood, or heat-resistant plastic utensils. Do not use metal utensils, such as spoons, whisks, etc., as they will damage the non-stick coating.
Do not hit utensils on the edge of the wok.
Do not use knives or scissors to cut food while cooking. Scratches from metal or cutting utensils are not covered by the warranty.Avoid overheating, also not covered by the warranty. Overheating damage is easily identified because the non-stick coating loses color and tends to peel off.
