Welcome to Arcos, in this section we will explain how to create a customer account:
How to create a customer account?
To create a customer account on Arcos.com, you need to access the following link:
https://www.arcos.com/en-eu
And select the option “Create an account”.
Once inside, you will find fields to fill in. On one hand, you will be asked for personal information such as your first name, last name, and DNI/NIF, as well as the optional subscription to the newsletter. On the other hand, you will need to provide login information such as a valid email address and an associated password.
It is important to check that all the data you have entered is correct, as you will use your account to purchase our products.
Then confirm the verification “captcha”, accept the privacy policy, and you will enter your personal area.
In your area (the “My Account” section) you will see an overview with your contact information and where you can add your billing and shipping address. On the left-hand menu, you can navigate through the different available options:
- My Account: takes you to your customer account.
- My Orders: view a summary of your orders on arcos.com.
- Address Book: check / modify / add billing and/or shipping addresses.
- Account Information: modify account details such as email address and password.
- Newsletter Subscriptions: manage your subscription to the newsletter, choosing whether or not to receive information about Arcos, its products, and promotions.
- Cookie Settings: details the required and analytics cookies used for the website to function, which you may accept or reject.
- Stock Alerts: if you subscribed to a product that was out of stock, this section shows when it is available again.
- 2019 Catalog: download our most updated product catalog.
- Returns: access the return form as well as a summary of the requested returns.
- Log Out: you will automatically log out of your account.
