THE POWER OF THE EAST IN A SINGLE ARCHERY KNIFE

Handling it will make you feel like a trained oriental chef. The rounded shape of the spine, the pointed tip, the smooth edge and the slender wooden handle make the Nórdika 190 mm santoku knife a cult of Japan.

It's perfect for chunks of fish, meat, poultry, vegetables and root vegetables with precise cuts. It can also be used for breaking bones or cartilage.

  • Made using a technique patented by Arcos called Nitrum®, which gives greater durability, hardness and high precision in the cut. It is the result of moulding stainless steel with nitrogen to obtain a powerful and ultra-resistant tool.
  • The handle is made of 100% ovengkol, hard wood extracted from a tree native to Africa, which is used to make carriages.
  • It has a size of 39.6 cm in length, 8.9 cm in width and 2.5 cm in height.
  • It has a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

This knife is part of the Nórdika family, a reference in Arcos cutlery, which has 288 years of history. We are a company where you will find products made with high quality standards by expert hands. Don't hesitate any longer and start enjoying its advantages.
