ABOUT ARCOS
History
Arcos began its history in 1734 with the scissors made by Juan de Arcos, now preserved at the Albacete Cutlery Museum.
In 1875, Gregorio Arcos Aroca transformed the artisanal workshop into a factory for the mass production of knives.
A century later, Gregorio Arcos Villanueva drove international expansion and established Arcos as a global benchmark in the art of cutlery.
Warranty
Arcos offers a 10-year warranty on its products, except for frying pans, pots, and electrical appliances, which come with a 3-year warranty.
It does not cover damage caused by improper use, impacts, or normal wear and tear, and it requires proof of purchase.
In the event of a defect, a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund will be provided in accordance with applicable legislation.
Sustainability
Arcos is committed to sustainability by reducing plastics in its packaging and using recyclable materials.
The company promotes a longer product lifespan through training programs, sharpening services, and the availability of spare parts.
In its production, Arcos relies on certified wood, efficient recycling, and processes that reduce resource consumption.
