It has a forged 220 mm blade that is made of Nitrum® stainless steel. This material provides high wear resistance and greater cutting power.
This series has managed to distinguish itself from the rest thanks to its steel body and double sharpening, making it one of the most powerful series in our catalog. Its handle is made of polyoxymethylene (POM).
This material is highly resistant to temperature changes.
This product includes Bactiproof Silver technology, which consists of incorporating a sophisticated silver-based formula into the handle, which acts as protection against bacteria, germs, molds and fungi, reducing their presence by 99.9%.
