PERFECT BREADSTICK
- A long (200 mm), wide (7 mm thick) and extremely hard blade will guarantee you precise cuts on every piece of bread, regardless of whether it has a soft or hard crust such as baguette.
- The tip of the blade is sheep's foot, i.e. the spine ends in a semi-closed curve to meet the cutting edge. This helps to make the cutting process finer moreover, thanks to the lack of a counter-edge and a pronounced tip, there will be no risk of punctures.
- Nitrogen-forged stainless steel blade, patented as Nitrum®. This process produces a monoblock part with a tang, which enhances stability and hardness.
- Spigot protected by a handle made of 2 pieces of polyoxymethylene, a thermoplastic used in high-precision articles requiring hardness and very good stability.
- Made by hands that know Arcs, on the market since 1734.
