The paring knife Clara series from Arcos will allow you to peel, cut and clean vegetables and fruit. It is also ideal for chopping onions, garlic, peppers and spices.

NITRUM® Forged Stainless Steel makes it an extremely durable knife with professional cutting power.
It features an ergonomic handle made with a hard polypropylene (PP) core that provides a comfortable grip.
It has been forged in one piece without any welding, which guarantees a solid piece.
It is resistant to shocks, extreme temperatures and the use of chemical products.
It can be put in the dishwasher, although cleaning by hand is recommended.
