Prochef Series 235 mm Kitchen Scissors from the Arcos range of professional scissors. These scissors are specially designed for perfect cuts of meat products, separating tissues and for boning or precision cutting. They can be used on surfaces.
The scissors have an axle pivot away from the handles, which provides greater cutting strength and safety. The piece is characterised by its anatomical design, smooth edge and polypropylene handle in yellow, reinforced in a contrasting black colour.
The scissors of the Prochef series are made of rustproof stainless steel with a perfect shape for cutting. The cutting edge provides a smooth and precise cut.
