- Knife made of stainless steel NITRUM®, Arcos' patented system that achieves a firm, powerful and non-deformable utensil
- With ergonomic handle consisting of a hard, polypropylene inner part attached to the blade of the knife.
- It has a soft rubber coating for comfort and ease of grip.
- The red button indicates which products it should be used on, in order to avoid cross-contamination.
- It can be placed in the dishwasher for a quick wash. However, it is advisable to clean by hand to better preserve the sharpness.
