The Riviera Blanc set includes a 130 mm Tomato Knife and a 140 mm Santoku Knife. It also comes with a pair of kitchen scissors made of NITRUM® stainless steel with polypropylene handles, as well as a cutting board made of phenolic resin and polycellulose fibre.
