Clasica
Classic Series 180 mm Santoku Knife
The Classic Series 180 mm Santoku knife is a knife designed for precise cutting of vegetables, meat and fish.

Product information
The Classic Series 180 mm Santoku knife is a Japanese knife equivalent to the western chef's knife, although shorter, lighter and thinner. It will allow you to cut, chop and slice with high precision.
WHY YOU WILL LIKE THE CLASSIC SERIES SANTOKU KNIFE
- While Japanese knives often have a single bevel edge, our knives have been westernised with two bevels.
- Its blade is wider, allowing it to be used as a spatula to pick up already chopped food.
- It has spoke pockets which prevent food from sticking to the blade.
- It has tongue and groove rivets which are resistant to corrosion and allow the pieces to be held together.
- The Classic series is part of the Arcos family which, since 1734, has been manufacturing high quality knives.
