- The handle is wood coloured and is made of rosewood, wood extracted from a rigid tree, with dark veins and a rustic texture. It is tongue and groove to the tang with anti-corrosive rivets.
- It is a tool for cutting, peeling or cleaning vegetables, fruits and small tubers. Resistant to high temperatures and chemicals.
- Stainless steel blade Nitrum®, which has been forged with nitrogen to enhance its hardness and durability properties.
- It can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher, although it is recommended to clean by hand to better preserve the cutting edge.
