The paring knife Clara series from Arcos will allow you to peel, cut and clean vegetables and fruit. It is also ideal for chopping onions, garlic, peppers and spices.

FEATURES OF THE CLARA SERIES PARING KNIFE

NITRUM® Forged Stainless Steel makes it an extremely durable knife with professional cutting power.
It features an ergonomic handle made with a hard polypropylene (PP) core that provides a comfortable grip.
It has been forged in one piece without any welding, which guarantees a solid piece.
It is resistant to shocks, extreme temperatures and the use of chemical products.
It can be put in the dishwasher, although cleaning by hand is recommended.

This knife has been made in Albacete, Spain, by expert hands in the cutlery sector since 1734. Get your hands on it!
