It is a forged knife, which means it has been through a forging process which consists of heating the steel until it is red hot and can be shaped into a solid single-piece knife.

The knife handle has everything necessary to protect the plastic from the appearance of stains, bad smells, and harmful microorganisms. It is made of polyexymethylene (POM)
