Thanks to its 200 mm NITRUM® stainless steel blade, this knife was made to be harder, last longer, and cut more powerfully. Its special formula of nitrogen steel improves performance without negative repercussions on the environment.
Its handle is made with polyoxymethylene (POM) as well as the new Bactiproof Silver system, which prevents bacteria spreading on the surface and will give your kitchen an edge in hygiene and security.
Another special touch in this series is its unique design, which manages to combine subtle rounded lines with comfort and easy handling. It has a rounded ferrule and a bolster which, while making sharpening slightly more difficult, prevents unwanted cuts on the fingers.
It is important to use a serrated knife with bread since a smooth blade will become dull when used on bread crust.
