ABOUT ARCOS

History

Arcos began its history in 1734 with the scissors created by Juan de Arcos, which are now preserved in the Cutlery Museum of Albacete.

In 1875, Gregorio Arcos Aroca transformed the artisan workshop into a factory for the mass production of knives.

A century later, Gregorio Arcos Villanueva drove international expansion, consolidating Arcos as a global benchmark in cutlery.

Warranty

Arcos offers a 10-year warranty on its products, except for 3 years on frying pans, saucepans, and electrical appliances.

It does not cover damage caused by misuse, impacts, or normal wear and tear, and requires proof of purchase.

In case of a defect, repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund will be carried out as established by law.

Sustainability

Arcos works towards sustainability by reducing plastics in packaging and using recyclable materials.

It promotes greater durability of its products through training programs, sharpening services, and the availability of spare parts.

In manufacturing, Arcos relies on certified wood, efficient recycling, and processes that reduce resource consumption.
